i was wondering what the best possible graphics card i could get for my pc, i have an hp slimline with only 300W PSU, but i heard you can still run video cards that require more then 300W, and also i have a AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz cpu and 4GB of RAM, and i have one pci-e slot open, any good suggestions plz?|||I wouldn't recommend any high end graphics card on a 300w PSU. Furthermore any good graphics card could be bottlenecked by your CPU since the Athlon CPUs are old now.

There are low profile versions out there, so you should be able to get one that fits, but have a look in the case and assess the dimensions, then compare to some pictures before buying.
Don't expect a great deal from it, but it should definitely help things.|||You'll be lucky to find one that fits the case to begin with.
