There are different models of Dell PCs.
Whilst there might exist a model which would accommodate an 8800GTS (it is rather large) without requiring an upgrade to the supplied power unit (which is generally rather limited) in this case,

|||Yes, but your options are limited.
You have to look for a "low profile" card, not many are available that are high preformance coz of the space needed for cooling!
Dell has some custom made cards for the slim optiples line, but dell is not cheap. if you must... take it to a pro that can convert an older "low profile" card and solder memory,& change the GPU, is it worth it?|||This PC is doubly cursed - the slimline case would limit upgrade cards to half height (low profile) only, but worse still:
the A8N-BR motherboard has only a single expansion slot - and it's PCI...
NewEgg list quite a few such cards...
The Sparkle 9400GT looks pretty tasty... avoid brands with plenty of "open box" availability, surely someone will have returned them for a reason. Avoid the MX4000 and the FX5200 - the 9250 doesn't have much to recommend it either.
