Will a EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 320MB Graphics Video Card fit in my Hp Slimline s5503w?

No, a GeForce 8800GTS won't fit.

In fact, slimline computers like the HP s5503w can't accept ANY standard-height cards. The slimline case restricts you to low-profile (half-height) cards.

Moreover, slimlines have physically smaller low-wattage power supplies, usually 200-225 watts. Those power supplies are proprietary, you cannot replace them with a standard ATX psu purchased from Newegg or Amazon, because just like standard cards, they are too large for the slimline case.

That means you're limited to very low power consumption cards, like the low-profile Radeon HD 5450.

You MIGHT be able to run a low-profile Radeon HD 6450, GeForce GT220 or Radeon HD 5570, but there's no guarantee those would work. They're better performers than the 5450 but also draw more power.

http://www.techspot.com/review/245-ati-r…|||Yes, it will work with the motherboard in the HP Slimline s5503w. You may run into some issues fitting the physical card into the case. Don't be afraid to fool around with the wiring to get it to fit.|||That card measures 9 inches or around 23cm so measure the space in your case. Dont forget to leave another inch or two space for pci express power plugs if the sockets are at the back of the card!|||no, low profile card. 6670 is about the same performance.
